This course aims to provide all 10 project management (PM) knowledge areas and all five process groups to information technology (IT) projects. As you will learn, the project management knowledge areas are project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management. The five process groups are initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. The course also provides practical lessons in project management for students and practitioners alike.
