Recently, there are many ‘smart’ named applications using digital image and video camera input and recognizing the user or input object. The digital image processing becomes preprocessing for many fields such as the machine learning and artificial intelligence. Therefore, the students need to learn about what is digital image, how to process it, how to recognize main object in the image, what is the problems to recognizing the object. Through studying this class, the students will write a paper about comparison of own research result and others.
